Loyal Customer of Huntington Honda. Purchased three new cars from this dealership. The last purchased of our 2013 was nothing but promises, but never following through. All they cared about was making a cars from this dealership. The last purchased of our 2013 was nothing but promises, but never following through. All they cared about was making a sale and getting their commission. They ran a promotion promising a 32 inch tv if you purchased that day. Megan Allen who handles best buy redemption, ended up losing our paperwork. Manager wrote an invalid confirmation number for best buy. Went through such a headache trying to resolve this. Left messages for Ms. Allen to call back, she never returned phone call. Spoke to General Manager Ray, who promised he would resolve this the next morning and deliver the tv to our front door by noon. He called at 10:00 when they opened but never follow through on his promise. Ended up calling Best Buy customer service on my own getting the confirmation number and picking up the set on my own. When I got to best buy the information was not correct, they listed the dealership and Megan Allen as the purchaser. Would I recommend and go to this dealership again?...... More

I went to buy a used car because I needed to reduce my monthly car payment. From start to finish the experience I had at this dealership completely revised my impression on the stereotypical used car sale monthly car payment. Steve, the manager who helped my find my car was very concerned about me finding exactly the right car for me. He took his time and explained and showed me all the options in my price range. When the car I wanted didn't quite meet my monthly payment objective he brought in Dave the Sales Manager who couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Together they were able to work it out so that I got a car that made me happy at a price I could afford. Georgia, the finance manager worked hard to find me a great interest rate, made sure I had what I needed and didn't try to push me into buying a bunch of extras. As surprised as I am to be saying this, all three of the people I dealt with truly seemed to bend over backwards to make sure I had a great experience and got the car i wanted at the right price. I HIGHYL recommend the three professionals I dealt with at Huntington Honda and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a high quality used car at a very good price! More
