My wife an I have purchased a 2013 Honda crv, we had the pleasure of working with a salesmen named Marc Platkin. I want to know what your "Express Service " entails. I went for a simple oil change on March 14, 2013 and was there at two o'clock. My car was taken into the service area at 332 p.m. I told them that they could drive right back out as I no longer had time. I was furious! I had problems with your service department over the summer of July 2012. I had the car in 3 times with the same issue and was given 3 different responses. I was unhappy then but believe in second chances. However, no more....you can't even perform an express oil change in a timely fashion. Your staff should have told me about a lengthy wait. I would have been prepared or come back another time. Unfortunately no more. I will not be back. More
