We were shopping for a used Honda CRV that is low in mileage for its years and that would fit in our budget. Anthony did a complete and thorough job of showing and explaining various features on the vehicle - inside and outstide - on the test drive - he allowed us to truly experience the car - by just letting us drive it - and let us ask the questions or point out special options. The conversation with Anthony was both personal and professional. We fell in love with the car - and the purchase process - was handled professionally - even though my credit was less than perfect. Georgina stepped in - and thoroughly explained my options - and did their best to get me the car I wanted. Considering my credit - they worked with me to find a workable solution. They even assisted us in returning the rental car we had - our old car was totalled out in an accident - so we can drive the new car home and save us a step. I will definitely be recommending both of them to my friends and family. More

My experience with Jeff was great. he was knowledgeable friendly, and did everything he could to help me out. Unfortunately, the financing experience was a nightmare, and I spent 6 hours in the office with friendly, and did everything he could to help me out. Unfortunately, the financing experience was a nightmare, and I spent 6 hours in the office with the finance manager and he was late to pick up my children that day. He kept forgetting to tell me critical information and causing delays. I found his direction difficult to follow and I feel he sold me (pressured me)on a warranty I did not want to purchase, causing my monthly payment to be higher than I was looking for. If I could do it again, I would NOT finance through the dealer, and I would have just used the pre-approval from Cap One I walked in with so I could have wrote a check and only dealt with Jeff. While Jeff was great I am not sure I would recommend the dealer to any friend who needed to finance at the dealership. From what I have heard, this has happened to others as well. More

I was not pressured to look at auto styles I did not have interest in. Staff were able to give me bargaining options for lowering sticker price and financing options were throughly reviewed. The process for trading in my old auto was equally easy and I thought it was a fair trade in price. Overall I had a positive experience and would recommend the dealership to another as it was to me.
