Classic "Bait and Switch" experience after being a Honda customer since 1987. Ivy's "low ball" quote to get us through the door vanished in less than 24 hours because" the program changed??" After her 4 trips to a so-called manager to work out a deal we ended up walking out.....was a manager in fact present?? Why wouldn't he/she attempt to close a repeat customer?? On to another Honda dealer who straightened out the facts and gave me a REAL price. Interestingly enough even my Allstate rep. when I called to insure my new car had heard similar stories about Huntington Honda. Too bad... previous experiences had been positive More

I bought my 2011 Honda INsight at Huntington Honda because of the great service. I went there to have my Insight repaired because I knew some body parts would have to be removed and I wanted somebody because of the great service. I worked with David and he authorized a loaner which was an Accord which also was great. The car was fixed perfectly, great estimate, great price, friendly, great, great great. More

I knew I wanted to purchase a Honda because I have been a proud owner of a CRV for the past 6 years. I just didn't know that I was going to get such great service when I walked into Huntington Honda West. proud owner of a CRV for the past 6 years. I just didn't know that I was going to get such great service when I walked into Huntington Honda West. My sales person, Jeff, was very helpful and listened to what I wanted without being pushy. He helped me decide if I was going to be able to have the car I wanted, not just what i needed. Then i had the pleasure of working with Jose Lopez, in the finance department. He was not only curtious and knowledgable, but he also went the extra mile to get me the best financing on my car. I had been pre-approved and he talked to my bank and got be a better deal than they had offered me. He saved me money and did it with a smile and a sense of welcome. Before I even picked up the car, I was already telling the people I work with about the great and comfortable experience I had at Huntington Honda West. I will definately be back for my next car, AFTER I enjoy the new one. Thank you Jeff and Jose. More

"""Happyconsumer806 Now!""" November 19, 2012 Dear Owners of Huntington Honda, October 29th 2012 was one of the worst days of my life. My car was totaled by flood waters during Hurricane Sandy the scariest part was that I was still in the vehicle. After the adjuster labeled it totaled I went looking around for a new car. I had dealt with Ben in 2007 and had received a wonderful deal back then so I decided I’d be safer going back to Huntington Honda and I was right, your staff was knowledgeable, cooperative, friendly, and eager to please. Once we agreed on a price Marc made the move over to Mohamed in finance that in turn got me a great APR that was affordable. Within 2 hours I was signing papers for the purchase of my new vehicle. Once done with that I was told it would be prepped and ready for me tomorrow being that I needed to get my Registration from old vehicle because I have customized plates and wanted to flip them over to the new car. Upon my return the next day; Michelle the Receptionist and I hate to call her that because I believe she’s much more than that, she’s the glue that holds that place together, she steps up to the plate to help with customers who are looking or who are waiting to pick up their new vehicle’s. She kept me so amused that time had passed without me even knowing it and I truly enjoyed speaking with her. She definite adds to the company’s name and reputation. So with all that said; Marc I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the purchase experience with you. I am pleased to note that your professionalism and the quality from you exceeded my previous experience with that other dealership in 2011 I had leased my last car from, and I will not hesitate to highly recommend you to my friends. You are a pleasure to work with, and importantly, the car you sold me is exceptional; even the color that I would’ve never in a million years would have thought of purchasing and was better priced than any comparable make and model available anywhere else. I had extensively researched the internet inventory including for sale by owners, dealerships, and independent car dealerships and even test drove a few different makes and models. To top it off, the price you were able to offer me was better than was available anywhere else. Huntington Honda where I purchased my 2012 Honda Civic will always from now on be my first and last choice when ever purchasing a vehicle. We were looking to replace our vehicle. We thought this would be an easy process but came to find it was not the case. We went to Huntington Honda on our search for a pre-owned car. After having a poor experience at another dealer it was refreshing to deal with helpful, friendly people. Angel and Jose were great!
