Originally started contact via phone and email. Was coming from out of area and was promised a great deal via phone that was based on newspaper ad. I asked for the fine print and all the details, and coming from out of area and was promised a great deal via phone that was based on newspaper ad. I asked for the fine print and all the details, and was promised a price. A family member went in the day prior to verify the price in person, who verified the price without actually going into the details. The next day after I rented a car to get there from NYC, the salesperson added an additional fee which was not mentioned at all on phone or in person to my family. Even showing the newspaper ad which showed the details did not include this fee. The manager's response was that we have be "very aggressive in our advertising", thereby implying we lie so we get you to come in. Very unhappy with the staff here and would never go back. These are the unfortunate people who give car salesmen a bad name. More

Everything bad you ever heard about a used car salesman you will find here. Tom is a liar plain and simple. This guy will say anything to get you into the dealership, he has no conscience. Guaranteed me a price and then bam, you get to the dealership and suddenly he's just a "messenger" and he has no control over the price he just assured you several times over the day before you would receive. Anthony did a great job today helping us out with a potential car buy. Unfortunately our budget was just not cut out for the car. I would recommend buying from them but be very careful...once you commit to the deal or indicate that you are in the need you're dead...they don't treat you with respect and the sales rep we dealt careful...once you commit to the deal or indicate that you are in the need you're dead...they don't treat you with respect and the sales rep we dealt with was hardly understandable. Once we committed to the deal, they didn't even have the courtesy to replace a broken key remote (the extra was broken which was not shown to us until the end when picking up car). The response at that time basically was "it's a used car...what else do you expect...we can't do anything about it"...it's not about a $100 part when buying a $30k car...it's about the excitement that they killed and not having the courtesy to say "we'll replace it because it's broken" More
