I went to this dealership for an inspection and oil change. They pointed out that I nneded brkes and so I did the brakes too. That was all fine. However, when I asked for a bottle of touch up paint for my black 2009 Accord I assumed that they saleperson was giving me the correct color in the small $12 bottle. Now, when I finally had to actually use a bit of the paint on a small side 'ding' I was upset to find that they had given me a metalic grey color. Now I have a dark grey metalic spot on the side as a reminder of my Huntington Honda experience. A blemish on the car courtesy of this dealership. I attribute this to poor quality control between the sales person, who was friendly enough, and the stock person, who didn't check for a match. A seemingly small but quite irritating experience leaving me with the feeling that if there is no detail oriented approach to small things, what would be their approach to larger purchases. More

Omg I had planned a day to get a oil change and new hubcaps for my 2003 Honda Accord, but Josh saw me looking at the cars and he was so diligente in listening to what I WANTED! I traveled from Stonington CT-3hours- after I saw the 2008 Pilot I wanted listed on autotrader. I happened to see the car on a Sunday afternoon at 4pm. I called and got Dean who from the start was awesom 2008 Pilot I wanted listed on autotrader. I happened to see the car on a Sunday afternoon at 4pm. I called and got Dean who from the start was awesome! He even called me late that night at 9pm to say Steve Berk, Floor Manager, would be there waiting for me Monday morning to help. And, what do you know Steve was there. After traveling 3 hours I wasn't planning on leaving without a new car. Steve and his crew made the effort to ensure the experience was everything customer service should be-exceptional and truly no bulls^%$. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, so I didn't really know what to expect. After a friend purchased a car there and seemed to have a good experience, I went for it. Georgia in financing is a miracle worker and kept it real with me, which was refreshing as opposed to having people just tell you what you want to hear. I rarely use the word great but Steve/Jose were competent and extremely friendly. I was an easy sale stuck for a car,the price was ok. Mr preet was so graceful to start with in finding the right car and then Mr kabir took over me in processing on final day. Mr lopez (financing) which was the important part, he made it smooth for me thou right car and then Mr kabir took over me in processing on final day. He walked me through all financing process and paper. This is our 3rd car from huntington honda and it was a great experience to work with this dealer. I felt that the service department did not take advantage of their customers. Service was done in a timely manner with a competitive price.
