This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. Jermaine was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! We knew what we wanted and arrived with the on line print out with the pricing & within no time we were test driving it. It was a 2009 Bali Blue Pilot EXL (which was an upgrade from what we were originally looking at) But, the pricing was too good to pass on. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and Josh Roberts the salesman was close by. I might just add that he is new to the business right out of college and he is going to have a great career with Honda. He is young, ambitious,friendly and very motivated to succeed. No pressure at all to buy, just had great conversation with him.Once we got back we sat down went over trade in value of existing Surburban and then we sat with Jose Lopez. He also was very friendly & helpful. He got everything worked out much faster than we expected. I love that they both had things to share about themselves personally. It was very comfortable dealing with them both. Within 24 hrs we were there picking up our new vehicle and driving home. It was great !!
