I called the dealership about a deal posted on their website. I was VERY specific about the model and options I wanted, and the dealer (who turned out to be in a call center and not in Huntington Honda) website. I was VERY specific about the model and options I wanted, and the dealer (who turned out to be in a call center and not in Huntington Honda) gave a good deal on exactly the car I wanted. I took notes and reconfirmed everything with the agent. When I got to the dealership, the salesman told me that the exact features I wanted were now in a different model and that the price would be slightly higher than advertised. I once again reconfirmed with him that the new car would have the exact same features as the car I was returning. He confirmed. With that we signed the deal. When the car was delivered, it not have XM radio. I only realized this at the point of delivery and at that point there was no turning back. This is a very important feature to me, as we drive long distances and need the distraction. So if you think that Huntington Honda is different and that they’re not the same as all the other sleazy car dealerships - they’re NOT! More
