The Honda Dealership had high energy as soon as you walked into the showroom. Teshawn was terrific! He is extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to clearly describe the different packages f walked into the showroom. Teshawn was terrific! Glenn provided us with important additional information including the service record of the vehicles we were considering and Gregg worked with us to find the lowest rate of financing. The whole process from start to finish, including financing, insuring and licensing were all taken care of for us. I give Huntington Honda West a 1 star rating because zero wasn't an option. When my first lease with Honda was up (December 2019), I went back to possibly lease another vehicle at this location. The sales wo wasn't an option. When my first lease with Honda was up (December 2019), I went back to possibly lease another vehicle at this location. The sales woman, Sara Rivera, offered me a deal that if I leased another vehicle, Honda would pay the expense for the excess mileage on the first vehicle, $855.75. I agreed to their offer and leased another Honda. A month into my new lease, I started getting calls from Honda Finacial corporate and credit collectors that I owed this amount. I reached out to Sara Rivera from the Huntington location several times and she didn't respond. I wrote 3 letters to the store manager, Barry Weckstein, and he didn't respond. I went into the store location and had an impromptu meeting with the Bilal Sheikh, about the bill and he said he would take care of it. My credit score is now effected because Honda managers LIE to make a deal. He never took care of it. I finally did pay this bill, but I'm chasing HONDA for reimbursement. Consider this review when and if you decide to make a deal from HUNTINGTON HONDA and I pray the managers read this review as a reminder to pay me back. More
