Not happy with my experience I came to this dealership looking at a particular car, we could not work out a price and talked over the phone for 2 weeks trying to make a deal over I came to this dealership looking at a particular car, we could not work out a price and talked over the phone for 2 weeks trying to make a deal over a few hundred dollars but couldn’t agree...but still overall my experience was fine. I came back to this dealership to quickly look at another car, I took a quick look at the car and decided not interested. As I was walking out I was approached by a sales person asking if he could help me, I said no and he said he could call me in the future if they got more Acura’s, I said I’m not really interested in the Acuras I would like an Altima SL, he excitedly said he has one, I said I know I saw it 2 weeks ago and we can’t agree on my price, he asked me what I wanted to pay I told him and he said no problem. I explained that the number I gave is the final price with taxes and all fees he said yes absolutely. I asked him again that the price would be the final out the door price he said yes. I filled out the credit/ finance application based on the price we discussed. Well the finance guy who I guess is the only honest person there said that I wasn’t getting the car at the price they said that they added tax and fees and he advised me to leave the dealer because they were lying to me. This is terrible to trick people espically someone who is very pregnant, instead of spending 3 mins looking at a car I got sucked back into a car I already knew I couldn’t afford but the sales person promised he would give me my price and spent over an hour waiting to find out it was a scam. I would have never ran my credit and have a hard hit to my score if I knew the price wasn’t what we agreed on! I’m so disgusted with the dishonesty of this dealership. More
Absolute life saver After a total loss incident on our vehicle, a baby due in just a couple weeks and barely any money we came to huntington honda as our last hope. Every After a total loss incident on our vehicle, a baby due in just a couple weeks and barely any money we came to huntington honda as our last hope. Every dealership we had visited before had turned us down and made us feel even worse about our situation. We could not find anyone willing to help us. We met with David Middleton on a monday and by thursday we had driven away in a pre owned vehicle in absolutely fantastic condition. David went above and beyond for us and made sure we left there with a vehicle. It is not every day you find someone that will work to help you and not just for the money. He was absolutely great to us and I would recommend him time and time again. Thank you again david! More

Best avoided Oh my god. I had the worst experience ever with huntington honda just now, so being the caring person that i am, i would like to warn you fine people Oh my god. I had the worst experience ever with huntington honda just now, so being the caring person that i am, i would like to warn you fine people out there to stay away from these jokers. Here's my story: Shopping for a lease, close to pulling the trigger. I have a verbal quote from a dealer, but i call huntington honda to see if they can beat it. I speak to "brittany" who gives me a better deal (3 years, 36 months @ x $) so i agree to come in tonight to sign a lease pending the trade in offer for my current car. I drive after work (so paying a babysitter, long drive at night, etc so for me this is real). I get there - no brittany. She went home, allegedly. New guy Bilal asks what brittany has quoted me, asked what time today this happened, asked if i had written proof and said no way he could agree to that price and promptly gave me a new price $100 more per month. I got upset, management pretended i must have made up the price, we argued i left. I guess i will never meet my imaginary friend brittany now. Anyway, these guys lied and wasted my time. Dont let them waste yours. Or go ahead and waste their time for me! More

Here's the review you wanted Went in to lease a car for my relative after my recommendation, as I have financed 2 cars here before (with a positive experience). After locking in t Went in to lease a car for my relative after my recommendation, as I have financed 2 cars here before (with a positive experience). After locking in the rate and signing contracts was when the nightmare began. After signing and waiting to proceed to next steps, we waited 10 minutes for Robert to finish texting whoever. We were then finally brought over to the finance department to finalize the deal. As my aunt moved from a foreign country she had no credit so I was told in order to keep our agreed rate, I will need to co-sign, which I did. The next day, my aunt went in to pick up the car without me and now the price is being changed around saying that since my aunt has no credit that they will need to bump up the rate. This made no sense because the reason for me co-signing was to keep our agreed rate ... at this point my aunt was fed up and said forget about this deal. Robert ripped up some paperwork in front of my aunt claiming to have ripped some other customers paperwork. Regardless, why do that in your customer's face. That's rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Regardless, we talked it out, kept our rate and picked up the car. All we needed to ensure never speaking with this individual was from him to fax some paperwork to our insurance agency. I called around 9:30am and another dealer (not Robert) mentioned they would fax over the documents as a courtesy if he could but we would have to wait for Robert as there is a dealer/ client confidentiality. So I waited for Robert to get in and he tells me, "we do not do the faxing as the paperwork is across the street (whatever that means) and it's not our job." So after mentioning what the other rep told me in the morning he proceeded he change his wording around and say that he will do the faxing another day as he is in the dealership on his day off and will need to go to the hospital because he is ill. We ended our conversation with him requesting that I complete a survey to assess his customer service. So I said, please fax everything and I will rate you once all the service is over. Then he proceeded by telling me this is not a bargain. The service he is supposed to provide was not fully completed so why would I rate him prior to that? Regardless, I spoke with his manager, Barry and hopefully this is a learning experience for him. Robert, you are in a customer service business. The point is to satisfy the customer so they come back. I will be taking my future business elsewhere. More
