After we refused the deal, they refused to give me my deposit back until I went to the dealership and threatened to make a huge scene. Stay away, they are the car sales stereotype we all hate. They use that silly tactic to get your credit card to "show you are serious" which is just to keep you from walking out when they leave you waiting there while they play games and plan how they will screw you. Honda is too good a car for Honda Motor Company to allow this, but they do allow it. They claim no control over their dealers. How about "knock off the BS or you are not going to get any cars to sell". Greed. More

Prior to coming in I spoke with Mike Gross on the phone to ask a few questions because I was going to have to bring my 3 month old with me, and was hopeful I could get in and out of the dealership quickly. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. When I returned to the dealership to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car, Mike made sure all of the paperwork was prepared in advance so that I could complete the process with ease (especially considering I had my little one with me).
