happy customer I walked in I was greeted by a receptionist and she introduced me to Steve LoPinto a salesman.I was looking for a Honda accord and he showed me a few I walked in I was greeted by a receptionist and she introduced me to Steve LoPinto a salesman.I was looking for a Honda accord and he showed me a few Accords.He showed me one I really liked and took a test drive. he showed me one I really liked we went over the figures and it worked out great. he was very helpful and no pressure at all. After that I was introduced to June Torres the Finance manager. My credit was not that great but in no time he had me approved at a payment I could afford and in no time I was driving away in my 2014 accord.I would recommend this dealership certicare to anyone. thank you for all your help More

3 Great People - Great Service Much appreciated The young man who took the car in was as nice as could be and assured me he would find someone to help me. It was near closing, but I needed to know The young man who took the car in was as nice as could be and assured me he would find someone to help me. It was near closing, but I needed to know the car was safe to drive. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. He told me to go inside and talk to Victoria and he would go in the back and talk to, I would guess, a mechanic in the shop. Victoria was very nice too, and assured me they would do their best to make sure the car was OK to drive or at least tell me it wasn't. She too went into the shop and told me to sit and relax in the waiting area. After a relatively short wait, Victoria returned and told me a mechanic was going to take a look and let me know what was loose under the car. In the end, a man drove out the car,,,,,,,,, the cable no longer hanging, and all taken care of. Again, I didn't get his name either. They were a great team and I'd like to give big thanks to all of them!!! More

Excellence My experience started with Sean Harris. After a brief phone call with Sean explaining my particular situation and the type of vehicle I was hoping for My experience started with Sean Harris. After a brief phone call with Sean explaining my particular situation and the type of vehicle I was hoping for, I made an appointment. Upon my arrival at the dealership, Sean came out and warmly greeted me. we spoke for a bit and then he advised that based on our conversation, he had selected a particular vehicle that he thought I might like. He was right. After the test drive I said I'd like to get the deal done. We proceeded to complete the paperwork necessary, obtain the insurance, etc. He knew what my situation was and he then spoke with June Torres. June and I met, discussed my needs and my situation, he ran through a preliminary review of the financials and then advised he would see what he could do within the parameters we had discussed. June went to work, and called me with good news the following morning that I had been approved. There was a but however. I advised that it would be impossible for me to comply with the but so he said not to worry, he'd go back and have another discussion. When he called me back he advised that the but had been resolved favorably and to come in to discuss the financing and if agreeable, I could sign the papers and drive home. Arriving at the dealer, I was greeted by Oscar who advised he worked with Sean, that the vehicle was being finished for delivery and that June would be with me shortly. A few minutes later I was sitting with June. When he advised what had been done, what was included and what my monthly would be, I was pleasantly shocked, June's experience and his dedication to his customers does make there dreams and hopes come true. I had pricing in mind that I would have lived with given my situation. June's drive got me a deal that is fantastic and much less than I had resolved to bear.
