I always have a very positive experience with Volvoville Huntington. They are friendly, eager to please & listen to your needs. They also explain exactly what was done to my car. I went in to have my car serviced, and they told me that 2 of my tires had "dry rot". The tires are only a year and a half old, purchased from the dealer and still under warranty. When I asked them to check the warranty, he said he would call me back. When he called me back, he apologized, and said that they were mistaken, and the tires were fine. The tech was wrong. I understand that mistakes happen, however this was the SECOND time that the service department tried to tell me that my new tires were faulty, not realizing that i purchased the tires from them. My car is still under warranty from Volvo, so everything is covered except tires. They tried to scam me, a woman, not once but twice with the same bs story. Totally unacceptable. More
We've owned Volvo for many years and are extremely pleased with the brand. Service, while usually good to excellent, started slipping over the past couple of years at this dealership. However, a new sales manager at the dealership has restored our faith in the Volvo brand. We contacted Chuck Malone when we learned he had taken over the service department. Immediately we could see the difference in responsiveness and willingness to work with the customer. He and his team answered questions, made suggestions, and worked with the insurance agent on an extended warranty issue. Our C70 was promptly repaired and returned to us in excellent condition. Overall, a terrific experience. More

My warranty was covering costs for repair, however, they (Volvoville) w Worst experience with a car dealership EVER! My AWD and rear hubs were shot. My warranty was covering costs for repair, however, they (Volvoville) were unable to remove the hub from the axel. So they wanted me to buy a new axel, out of pocket for almost $1,000! The axel was not defective so warranty policy wouldn't cover the cost for a new one. I took the axel and hub down the block to a local mechanic who got the hub off in less than hour! Meanwhile, they (Volvoville)had my car for 4 weeks and tried numerous hours with their Epert techs who have 30+ years of experience and couldn't get the job done. They (Volvoville) also damaged the axel by improperly trying to seperate axel from the hub...huge gashes in the axel from hammering the crap out of it. It was obvious Volvoville techs and the machine shop they sent it out to had no idea what the xxxx they were doing. After a 45 minute arguement with the GM Mark Anderson and the service manager Mike Valenze at Volvoville they refused to pay 100% for the axel and only agreed to pay for 50% of the axel. They (Especially Mike Valenze) were so RUDE and soooo PISSED OFF at me because the local mechanic showed them up. A DMV Complaint has been filed and defintely stay clear of this dealership! More
HORRIBLE experience with this dealership.. Mike the service manager is rude and arrogant. Bought a used car that was under warranty for 1 month and brought it to my mechanic to make sure there was no service manager is rude and arrogant. Bought a used car that was under warranty for 1 month and brought it to my mechanic to make sure there was no problems to find out it needs $2000 worth of repairs.. Brought the car back to the dealership and Mike tells me he is NOT doing the repairs and it's not under warranty.. I have NEVER been treated like this after buying a car.. Now we are taking legal actions because of this..I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.. The sales department was good, but the service department is HORRIBLE.. More
