The customer service agent was very polite and helpful. I made an appt online which was a very easy process. The day of I actually arrived a bit early and they took my car right in. I recently needed some work done on my truck, I called spoke with Karina. She set up an appointment for me with pick up and delivery. So they came, picked up my truck at work, took it to the shop and fixe spoke with Karina. She set up an appointment for me with pick up and delivery. The whole process at Huntley Ford was perfect. We brought our vehicle to a different area Ford dealer for a recall notice. That dealer had our truck for 7 days past our set appointment time and We brought our vehicle to a different area Ford dealer for a recall notice. That dealer had our truck for 7 days past our set appointment time and didn't/couldn't get to it. We pulled it out of there and brought it to Huntley. The drop off took a total of 4 minutes, the sharing of phone numbers and names was ideal and part of their regular process. The work was completed within 6 hours and we picked up the vehicle (and also received a cursory service check) that same day. The service area and showroom were immaculate and impressive. No need to ever go back to that other dealership now that we've been to Huntley Ford. Thank you Tommy More
