This dealership FINALLY figured out the issue with our F150 and repaired it correctly. Isabella was very accommodating to provide them with the documents they required and thereafter to make sure we received our refund after they sent the payment. Once Cristian Valdez, Finance, had set up all the paperwork and contracts, he gave my husband a tiny ipad where he would sign. He told my husband to hurry through he was backed up. He then deceptively scrolled down the contract pages quickly so that my husband did not get a chance to look through all the paperwork properly. He kept scrolling through and only showing him the pages where he was to sign. The whole process was a scam from start to end. Once home, We reviewed documents and determined that we were scammed. We contacted Nile Bensalem and Abe Kittaneh and they said that we made a mistake by not reading through the documents. They are all in on the scam. They refused to refund the money. They charged us more than the advertised internet price. We asked for a refund of $986.62 (overpayment - which includes $47.62 in sales tax) Nile Bensalem and Cristian Valdez both stated that we could not pay cash. We had to finance the car. Cristian Valdez stated the dealer makes money by having my husband and I finance through the bank. We paid the car off on July 2. The bank stated that was untrue. There was NO stipulation that we had to finance the car. Total Scam! More
