This dealership is horrible as it relates to customer service and trying to get a manager. I have had a WE OWE to get two items completed after buying a car at this dealership. It has been 5 weeks and emails are ignored and when calling, the people that answer will always tell you that a manager is unavailable. Ask who the general manager is and they do not know, yet is is published right on the website and seems you cannot speak with them. You will see other reviews about what happens AFTER you buy a car there and I am now one of many that has become a victim of simply trying to get what they OWED you based on your agreement and contract. More
