Absolutely the worst car buying experience in my life! They list their vehicles on line but say they only work with you in person. How Karen works there treating people this way is beyond me, she must be the owners daughter to be able to get away with it! I called trying to get the general manager, but she handed me off to a co-salesman and he was even worse. They are giving Ford a bad name and should have their dealers license revoked! They have to be paying people for a 5 star review. More
