I have reached out to Huntley Ford numerous times—no less than 10 conversations—with their sales/call center regarding the purchase of a 2024 BMW. I live approximately seven hours from the dealership, yet their only response seems to be, “What time can you stop by and see the vehicle?” When I ask for the total price including all dealer fees, I receive the same scripted response every time: “It’s the cost of the vehicle including all standard and applicable fees.” I’ve repeatedly asked for a breakdown of those fees or even a simple emailed quote with the total cost so we can agree on a price before I make the long trip—but it’s like speaking a foreign language. My last interaction was with Kelly, who could not deviate from the script regardless of what I asked—even for a simple yes or no answer. It’s astonishing that a major dealership can operate with such a complete lack of customer service. Ford should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this store.
