Jose and Derek were both amazing and helped me get in my F150 Lariat Sport. However on the way home from the dealership, my check engine light came on. I popped my hood when I got home and discovered the dealership had forgotten to replace the oil cap and left it sitting on the fan shroud. My engine oil level was a little low and oil was splattered all over my engine cover. I called the service department and the manager told me he would return my call to discuss it further when he finished his lunch break but I haven’t received any such call back. I had hoped a dealership of the size would want to rectify their mistake. More
