A tradition of great service My wife and I have been patrons of Tom Peck Ford for the last 3-4 years since moving to the area, first as owners of a 1996 Mustang GT - a vintage car My wife and I have been patrons of Tom Peck Ford for the last 3-4 years since moving to the area, first as owners of a 1996 Mustang GT - a vintage car the service department and quick lane kept running like a top, and second, when it came time to trade in the old Mustang for a newer one, a 2013 Mustang GT, which we just purchased. Sorry, don't have their names, but a quick shout-out and "well-done" to the guys at the Quick Lane for caring for my old high-mileage (224,000) 1996 Mustang GT, and for the free tire repair when I traded it in. Great job, guys, I'll definitely be back. You rock! Great service, fairly priced, done right the first time. Ditto for the service dept. itself; they have always done well by us. Tom Hanson in Sales and Roger Svab in Finance did a job every bit as good. Tom waited patiently while my wife and I tried out the potential new vehicle, and answered all of our questions and concerns in a friendly yet professional manner. I am a tough customer when it comes to automotive sales people; if I don't like/trust them, I won't do business with them - period - no matter what the car. Tom passed that test with flying colors. We will recommend him to others, without qualification. Many thanks to Roger for helping us navigate the ins-and-outs of the paperwork and administrative aspects of purchasing the vehicle. We sure are glad he knows how to do that stuff, because we sure don't! We enjoyed listening to the guys rib one another while completing the sale. Free comedy, what more can you ask for?
