Went to Huntley Ford because I was having some transmission issues. Called to schedule an appointment, spoke with Karina. She was very helpful in getting me in the system and set up with an appoin transmission issues. Called to schedule an appointment, spoke with Karina. She was very helpful in getting me in the system and set up with an appointment. On appointment day, I was greeted by her and Brandon came out to check me in immediately. Brandon was super helpful throughout the process, parts had to be ordered, so my car was there a while. They helped get me set up with a loaner. Work was completed in a decent amount of time. Overall a great experience. More

The entire staff is incredible at Old Orchard Nissan. . They care and are super friendly.. Especially Service manager Tim and Roland..
