The service department was pleasant when I made my appointment. However, when I brought the car in they informed me that if the issue was something other than what was covered on the recall, they woul appointment. However, when I brought the car in they informed me that if the issue was something other than what was covered on the recall, they would charge me for the inspection. I wish they would have informed me of that over the phone when I made my appointment. I felt blindsided and like they should’ve disclosed that earlier. When the service manager called me with the update on the inspection, I felt like he was talking down to me and in a hurry to get me off the phone. A little honesty goes a long way. More
