Isabella was an absolute savior in every sense of the word, from the start to the end, on our Service visit. Not only did she keep us up to date on everything going on with the car and the warranty proce word, from the start to the end, on our Service visit. Not only did she keep us up to date on everything going on with the car and the warranty process, but she took the time to check in on us while we were waiting, took care of getting us around when my Fiancee had to work and later us getting back home, and explained everything every step of the way. Compared to the treatment I was used to get at another dealership, or even personal working history from Mercedes Benz, Isabella at Huntley Ford took every bias I could've had and blew them away with absolute ease. My first BUT not my last time at Huntley Ford. I arrived at the appointed time and the tech greeted me. He asked if I was dropping my truck off for service or was I planning on waiting in the cust I arrived at the appointed time and the tech greeted me. He asked if I was dropping my truck off for service or was I planning on waiting in the customer service lounge. I stated that I would wait in the lounge and after writing up the work order, he drove my car into the work area and began performing the multi-point inspection. The facility was very clean and neat. Free wifi and cable television was provided. Everyone at the facility was very kind and courteous and on task. Within an hour my oil and filter change was complete and all my fluid levels and tires pressures were reset. I had a very positive experience at Huntley Ford. More
