Worst dealership in the state, make an appointment for service, they leave you hanging nothing ever in stock when you need it and they rotated bad tires because oh tires not in stock.. 4 other people in service, they leave you hanging nothing ever in stock when you need it and they rotated bad tires because oh tires not in stock.. 4 other people in the service center having problems managers did not care. Oil changes take 2 hours... NEVER AGAIN going there had the car taken off the lift and made an appointment with our mechanic to have the inspection done and tires replaced to keep it a few more months to purchase a new vehicle. I would give them ZERO stars ... They do not value their product or their customer service. They have changed over the years never had this problem when I owned my Hummer service was always great now service stinks! More
I purchased a 2022 GMC Yukon Denali in April of 2022. Unbeknownst to me it came with paint defects that consisted of debris under the factory paint and fish-eyeing on multiple areas of the vehical. They sent me to three body shops that wouldn’t even quote repainting it as it wasn’t the right course of action to take. After stringing me along since October 2022 they told me that they could not provide answers, or General Motors assistance, to me until I reached 36k miles. Like a dummy I fell for their scam as they wanted me to be out of my 36k warrenty period just to tell me that I was responsible for the now $23k+ difference between the new vehical and what I currently own. Oh, and on top of that interest rates have skyrocketed, just my luck, huh? I suggest not doing business with these con artist. Great technical team at Hurd, too bad their management sticks their customers with whatever rolls on their lots with no QAQC. BUYERS BEWARE! More

From start to finish I had a wonderful experience. I called in and spoke with Erica about a vehicle I saw online and was interested in, she was very polite and helpful. She made sure it was still in stock and set up and appointment later that day (I was at work) for me to go check it out, took my number and sent me a confirmation. Fast forward 5 hours later, I show up and was greeted at the front desk by a woman who grabbed a salesman for me. He was very polite and pleasant to talk with, we walked over to the vehicle I saw online and showed me around it. I was hesitant to get too interested because I was afraid I would not be able to even get approved for it. We went inside and went over some information, initially I was told I could be approved but for some numbers that would be a little out of my range. Then steps in James, probably one of the most professional sales person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He made me feel not embarrassed about my situation, and made me feel like he really had my back throughout the whole process. We went over some more information, fine tuned some things and before I knew it I was putting my down payment on the car I wanted. Another salesman, Aaron, sat with me and did some paperwork with me, he was very helpful, polite, pleasant and friendly. We joked and shared stories like we've known each other for years, which is something I don't find in many salespeople. Overall I think this experience I had was genuine and true as anyone else who has dealt with the same employees I have. They made me feel confident and in control of the entire situation/process and I didn't feel like another number to them, I felt like a friend who needed a hand and they had plenty of them to offer. Thanks to the whole team at hurd, I appreciate everything and can't wait to see you all next time. More

This place is a total price gouge. They wanted to charge me 1,400 dollars for a fluid change, air filter/cabin filter change and an alignment that I did not need. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of a female who they thought doesn't know any better. I priced out the air filter and cabin filter which were both only 20 dollars and a literal 5 min job and they were trying to charge me 68 dollars for the air filter and 62 dollars for the cabin filter. They wanted to charge me 700 dollars for the fluid change on my transmission and front/rear differentials, so I called around and was quoted a price of 250 dollars. I understand everyone has to make money, but these prices are absolutely outrageous, and they are taking advantage of people who do not know any better. I am completely insulted, and I will only use their services for issues that are under warranty. More

My story is unique in that a car that I had placed a deposit on was on recall (the Bolt EV), but was ready to be fixed. I place a deposit for $4500 on 6/20. A week later, the car's fixed and I'm waiting for General Motors to clear the car for sale. 6/28 Rhode Island publicizes the Drive EV program, reimbursement incentives from the state. I'm eligible, but the main concern was having to sign on or after 7/7. That same day I'm contacted by Marcin to pick up the car tomorrow. I relay the news, and ask if I can get it next week. He proceeds to doubt my knowledge, and my phone is blown up in a back and forth demand to pick up the car tomorrow or lose it (imagine if I had a double shift, or was just busy with a kid or something...it's such an unreasonable ask, considering I've been pending this recall for weeks). I notify him that I'd be speaking to the manager and that I'd like to see all my signed acknowledgements. I arrive to the dealership the next day, and Marcin has none of the paperwork I asked for, as if I'm some shmuck (and this is the 4th time I ask for those documents). He tries to get me to sit at his desk, but I immediately request the sales manager on floor. I inform the manager of the program, and ask to get the car next week, having already done all my deposit work ($4500) and acknowledgements (noting that they would not lose any money from this deal, it's a state reimbursement). He declines, citing it's a business decision...it just goes to show they don't care for the local consumer, and would rather harass and screw over the consumer for a quick sale. What Rhode Island resident is going to purchase this car before a significant reimbursement program? Nobody. P.S. I only got a same day deposit back thanks to very upset family with car buying experience. Who knows what hurdles I would've had to hop with that were I on my own. Don't ever go here, they don't care about local business. I won't be coming back, nor will friends & family. More
