Up front and open.. This was my first time at Hurd. My last 2 vehicles were bought new and a GMC. I knew what I wanted in a new Acadia but with colors to choose from. Jennifer was up front of what was available and worked on different options for me to choose. With Jennifer and Chip showing me the exact cost on the lease with option to buy with nothing hidden, the papers were signed the next day. I appreciated the honesty and how they work for the customer, which it should be. The dealership worked with us to get us where we needed to be on payment and helped us get the vehicle we wanted. Malibu I went back to Hurd to see my options while my lease was coming up. I met Mike on the lot, and he said he would be happy to show me all my options. I told him I loved all the features I had in my current Malibu, but wanted to lower my payments. Mike took me around the selection they had on Malibus, and I picked out aNice blue LTZ. He took me for a ride in it, and showed me all the new features. After I drove the car, I knew I wanted it. From there it got easy. Mike gave all the info on my car to his manager, and he came back with an incredible payment that was 10 dollars less than what I had in a lesser model. I drove home in my new Malibu with more car than I had, and paying less than I was. The crew at Hurd know how to make things work for you. They sure did for me. More
