Absolutely horrible experience with this guy. Talked to him 4 times on 4 different days, told me he would get back to me, he never did. Then almost each day he asked what car I was interested in again. Ve him 4 times on 4 different days, told me he would get back to me, he never did. Working with other dealerships have always made me form an opinion of car buying to be a dreaded experience and car sales people to be vultures. In my experience with Sean Monahan, he was respectful, bent over backwards to make sure things were correct, not pushy and outright friendly. The finance manager, Craig Bailey, was beyond helpful. He answered all the questions I had and didn’t try to force extra expenditures on to the bottom-line, as others financial managers have tried in the past. My overall experience was fantastic and will definitely buy future vehicles from them and send anyone who asks to them for their vehicle needs. More
