I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and discovered multiple pre-existing issues immediately after delivery, including a cracked windshield and a front-end noise. I notified the salesperson within hours of leaving the lot and provided clear documentation. I received no acknowledgement or response for more than 48 hours. The lack of disclosure about safety-related defects, combined with the complete absence of post-sale communication, reflects systemic process failures. A dealership should, at minimum, acknowledge a customer reporting delivery-day issues. That did not happen here. I resolved the issues independently, but the dealership’s silence raised legitimate concerns about transparency, internal accountability, and basic customer support standards. This experience indicates a need for significant improvement in post-sale responsiveness and operational oversight. Deceptive. More
