Great service shop I broke down a few miles east of St James about sundown on a Saturday night. The AAA tow truck driver told me I was fortunate that I was so near the only AAA certified repair shop for about 150 miles! He told me he knew most of the people at the Ford dealership and was certain they would take good care of me. Gordy Wells called me around 9:00 or so Monday morning, told me what they had found, how much it would cost to repair and that they should be able to have it repaired and ready to go by closing time. I was cringing at what repairs would cost when he told me the amount of damage, but was very surprised when the price was about half of what I was expecting. That evening they sent someone to pick me up at my motel. The dealership is very nice, comfortable and the people open and friendly. I waited in comfort while the mechanic test drove my vehicle and then they quickly got me on my way. I'm afraid I did not get the name of the mechanic that did the repairs, but a great big 'Thank You' to him and Gordy Wells! More

Failing battery turned into a big deal Made an appointment to get the original battery replaced on our 2014 Ford Escape. After a thorough diagnosis, the service tech determined that the end of the negative battery cable and a battery sensor chip had corroded and were in the process of falling off. The replacement parts were ordered and we were given a loaner car. Parts arrived as promised and the next day we were ready to roll. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional.
