No pressure makes sale. Barry Bacon was the perfect salesman. I went car shopping with no intention of buying a car that day. I had really just started looking (deciding if I Barry Bacon was the perfect salesman. I went car shopping with no intention of buying a car that day. I had really just started looking (deciding if I wanted to move from my SUV to a car). I had done my research on the internet. I told him the stock number I wanted to see and that is the one he let me drive. He never pressured me to try anything else or even make the sale that day. However, I loved the car and his no pressure approach. The sale was made, financing done, old car cleaned out, new Optima detailed and gassed up - all within 3 hours. The kicker is - I have never bought a car on my own (and I'm in my fifties). I was dreading the experience. It could not have been any more pleasant. More

Just a waste of gas to deal with a bunch of scam artists Thought the sales personnel were great and top notch at first..... No big deal that we came to look at a pre-owned 2014 Kia Sorento and left in a 2017 Thought the sales personnel were great and top notch at first..... No big deal that we came to look at a pre-owned 2014 Kia Sorento and left in a 2017 kia forte that I was extremely dissatisfied with, but when they came and TOOK the aforementioned car, saying that the bank supposedly wouldn't accept our application, the game had changed!! We signed every document necessary for purchase and loan agreements and we're told our monthly payments, then headed back some 100+ miles back to my hometown. 3-5 days later Mr. David Treadwell called saying that I have to bring the car back and when I mentioned my attorney would have to look into the documents first, along with my copies of our signed agreement, (which were never provided!) they sent the very salesman that sold us the vehicle, Mr. Dylan Smith, and another henchman to take the car while I was at work! I had to be embarrassed by having to stop working and collect my things out of the automobile. Also, I left my $230 Costa del Mar 'Wheelhouse' Sunglasses in the overhead compartment, and when I contacted David Treadwell to see about returning them somehow in exchange for the car's extra key, this is what Jesus replied: "Keep the key you owe me 250 to replace it and I am not overnighting anything the cars been sold and don't know what happened to the glasses nor do I care what happened" AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
