Recall repair took 4 1/2 months My daughter's car was a part of the massive recall efforts by Kia due to faulty engines. Like all car salesmen/women, they eagerly greet you at the door or on their lot, yet their customer service attitude goes out the door when they have to help you with something other than purchasing one of their cars. Suddenly they cannot locate the manager on call, or keys are misplaced. My experience with them is BAD. They are the friendliest when they get you to sign on the dotted line, but extremely hesitant to help with anything else. So do yourself a favor and drive to Atlanta where the service and attitude is top notch! More
