I arrived at Hyannis Honda with my 2 young daughters and was welcomed by Tony. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgable. He was great with my girls and a pleasure to deal with. I fell in love with the car - it's fantastic - and Tony worked with me painlessly to arrive at a price I was more than happy with. The business manager and sales manager were both accommodating and enhanced my experience. Communication was fantastic across the board. Everything they needed to take care of was done and they all remembered ME - I wasn't just another customer they wanted money from. It's clearly about more than just doing business at Hyannis Honda... building relationships takes business to a level of success many will never achieve. They get it. When I picked up the car, Tony showed me all the features, synched up bluetooth to my phone for me, rode with me over to the service department, made sure I got a special promotion coupon and expedited the inspection sticker so I was out of there with my new car in minutes. I have no doubt that this is how he/they treat all of their customers, but I certainly felt valued and respected throughout the entire process. More

Salesman Mike O'Neil took my wife and I out for a ride in the back streets and I very much liked the ride and handling. He explained the vehicles features but did not pressure us to purchase the vehicle. We left the dealership intending to get prices at other dealerships before returning to Hyannis Honda for their price, but after about a week, without checking other dealers, we called Mr. O'Neil to drive the Accord on the open road to see what that felt like. We were very impressed with the ride and Mr. O'Neil, so much so , that we decided to price the vehicle at that time. After a short time, we arrived at what I considered a great price, and I purchased the vehicle. Since purchasing the Accord,I have called Mr. O'Neil on a few occasions to explain certain functions of the Accord and he has been very helpful. I highly recommend Hyannis Honda. More

Several months ago we decided to sell our boat and use the proceeds to help us buy a new car. We were happy with our 2006 Accord but wanted to purchase a 2013 Accord. Micheal O' Neil was wonderful in ar the proceeds to help us buy a new car. We were happy with our 2006 Accord but wanted to purchase a 2013 Accord. Micheal O' Neil was wonderful in arranging this. We then decided a leased car would be more appropriate for us. Not only did he find us a buyer for the boat but he kept in touch during the nearly five weeks we were traveling in California and Hawaii. Then he had the car ready for us two days after we returned from Hawaii. His patience in this transaction was much appreciated. He spent a great deal of time with us and was most helpful in caring for our needs. He has offered to help us in the future with any questions we might have about the workings of the 2013 Accord. He answered all our questions when we received the new car but as a couple of technology impaired seniors, we are grateful to know he has promised to be a resource, if needed, in the future. The service and administrative personnel have always been great at this dealership. We are happy to be Honda family members with our 2009 CRV and the new Accord. My wifes 12 yr old car finally died, I had seen a used 2008 acura on the lot so I called and spoke to Curt Baker and told him of my predicament. I could get a ride to the dealership but had no ride back h 2008 acura on the lot so I called and spoke to Curt Baker and told him of my predicament. I could get a ride to the dealership but had no ride back home-Curt said he would drive me if needed-he was exceptionally helpful and we were able to put together a trade deal--the final price was very good. After the deal we noticed some problem with the paint on the hood-they took care of that no questions asked and my wife and I are very pleased. We recommend this dealership and it's employees very highly!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
