I was releaved he was because I felt that he was very fair,honest very easy to talk to and i felt respected. In general , my past experiences with other sales people i had felt that they were standoffish and condescending.. One of the main reasons i went back there was because of Chet Hughes .I can honestly say that if I was not treated respectfully I would have not given my business to any establishment. The sale was a bit complicated because of the insurance and total loss and he was very patient and took away a lot of the stress of the purchase. I do not think he could have made it an easier.
