First of all, this is the third Honda CRV I've bought from Hyannis Honda, and I keep coming back because of the excellent service and friendly highly competent people. They make it very easy to buy a car -- and just as easy to get it serviced. From the mechanics in the garage to the comfortable chairs in the waiting room, everything seems designed to keep customers happy. The kids I saw playing with the toys while I waited for my car would certainly agree; so would the grandparents using the free wifi to finish their Christmas shopping on Amazon while their oil was being changed. Fionally, I have to single out Mike O'Neill, who was the most helpful and charming salesperson I've ever encountered at the dealership. He walked me through the high-tech aspects of my new car (we set up the blue tooth together) and shortened the learning curve on some very sophisticated components of the modern dirviig experience. But he went low-tech, too, advising me to pick up a magnetized key box, to secure a spare key to the underside of the car, in case I lock myself out. Good tip! All in all, a great experience and I'll glad to do it all over again in 2017. More

Always had a Lexus but when we moved here we wanted a dealer which was fairly close and heard the CRV had a great safety record, good mileage and your service is much more reasonable . Other than that Hyannis Honda is a friendly place and we feel comfortable there. More
As soon as I entered the door at Hyannis Honda I found myself among attentive, friendly people--not overdone just nice. I knew what I was looking for and I came to buy, but I wanted to drive the car of m myself among attentive, friendly people--not overdone just nice. I knew what I was looking for and I came to buy, but I wanted to drive the car of my choice and make a decent arrangement. Andrew was there right from the beginning and helped me open the door. I had an appointment with another salesperson but I was early so Andrew took over and through the next few hours consistently and good naturedly adapted and arranged a negotiation--returning to talk to the business manager on several occasions when I was not satisfied. On our test drive, Andrew made me feel very comfortable driving a car I was not used to. And the car made me feel great too--as Andrew said it would. It was very pleasant talking to him too; he managed to capture my needs and interests in other areas of my life too, unusual for a typical car salesperson. Price bartering took a few twists and turns since I had gotten information on the internet about another model of the car I was interested in--the basic Fit vs. the Fit sport. That was confusing for me but in the long run, the business manager and Andrew figured out and explained adequately the differences between internet prices and dealership extras. I would have appreciated a more detailed explanation of Honda Care however. When I came the following day to pick up my Fit, I arrived a few blocks away at a bus stop. Andrew had arranged to pick me up there which made my day as I had an hour trip from Falmouth to Hyannis. All in all my experience with Hyannis Honda made buying a car, a sometimes painful process, an easier thing. I am confident the service will continue to be there for me and my car too. By the way, do something about the Christmas sale ad on TV for Honda--it and Michael Bolton are so out of date; I turn the TV off every time I see and hear it!! More

I recently purchased a 2011 Honda CrV from Geoff. I have been a Jeep owner for many years & multiple vehicles but decided to go with the CRV after talking to MANY CRV owners, reading reviews, & contacting a been a Jeep owner for many years & multiple vehicles but decided to go with the CRV after talking to MANY CRV owners, reading reviews, & contacting a colleague, Tracie Siegel. Her husband Ron works for Hyannis Honda & Tracie's dad had sold me 3 jeeps so I felt good karma! My son & I drove a few other vehicles & then the CRV . We both agreed that it was a perfect choice for me. Geoff was terrific to work with, courteous, organized, & efficient. So far the car is great. I do miss my Jeep but the CRV is a great choice!
