First time experience with Honda Hyannis. Met Mark Arnold and asked for his help in a lease agreement on an Accord LX. Mark was terrific in his ability to recognize that we had made up our minds on make and model and color and quickly got us into a test drive despite the terrible weather over President's Day weekend. Mark was genuine, conveyed honesty and gave us true understanding of the process, our options and his recommendations. We had an agreement that afternoon and it was the smoothest most relaxing car purchase experience I have ever had. Pick up of the vehicle had no issues and the entire Hyannis team handled our paperwork, plates, registration and sticker in no time. To top if off, Mark spent time with my wife teaching her the features of the car and even taugh her how to load and use Bluetooth. To begin, I loved my first Accord. When my lease was up I looked at all the competition very closely because my next car was going to be a purchase , rather than a lease. The 2013 Accord was amazing. I loved all the new electronics- they blew the competition away ( except for the "optional" Homelink on my 4cyl EXL). The next step was to pick a dealer. Hyannis Honda and their very convenient Orleans location made my shopping experience very pleasant. Unlike other dealers, I was treated with courtesy and respect at Hyannis Honda. No games about finance rates, no loud music in the showroom to distract me, no bells going off. Chet Hughes respected that we were previous Hyannis Honda customers and worked FOR us to get the deal we felt we wanted. He and the team , through snowstorms and travel difficulties were finally able to deliver my car on the one sunny day in February we had, much to my delight. I think it's all about relationships when you purchase a car. It's the one you trust to make it right, from the day you enter the showroon to the day you turn your car in for the next one. I believe Hyannis Honda consistently does everything it can to get it right. I will service my car in Orleans and look forward to it. Who can say that about a dealer? More

I had been dealing with a different sales person over the phone in the weeks leading up to the date of my lease renewal. He was very helpful, and we discussed different options for me. I did not make it clear to him when I would be coming in to Hyannis Honda, so unfortunately he was not there when I arrived. Dan Clifford greeted me at the door, and when I asked to see the other sales person, he tried to reach him, but was not able to. I explained to Dan, that I was coming from the Vineyard, and was hoping to lease a new vehicle, and would like to return to the Vineyard as soon as possible. I also explained that I needed to find a vehicle that would have a lower monthly payment than I currently had. Dan went over a few options, and was able to get me into a great new vehicle, with a lower payment, and he worked very hard to expedite the entire process. He was a pleasure to work with, and really seemed to go out of his way to make things work for me. This is my 3rd vehicle I've leased from Hyannis Honda, and after my recent experience, I honestly feel like I will not go anywhere else. The entire staff at Hyannis Honda is friendly, and very helpful! More
I recently purchased a new Honda Insight at your dealership in Hyannis during your President's Day sale. I visited before Christmas and was just looking at that time. My son and I came to look at a dealership in Hyannis during your President's Day sale. I visited before Christmas and was just looking at that time. My son and I came to look at a used Civic which I was interested in and I had the pleasure of meeting Michael O'Neil. We went on a test drive with the civic and I also drove a new Insight. Michael answered all our questions and even though I was not ready to buy at that time, he spent a great deal of time with me and was very patient and not at all pushy ( which is a big turn off for me) He has a very nice manner about him. He called me to let me know about another used civic with very low mileage and asked if I might be interested in looking at it. He also told me about some deals you were having on President's Day weekend. Again he was not pushy which I appreciated. My daughter and I went down to see the civic but it was gone. I drove a basic Insight which I liked, but the color was not what I wanted.. He suggested the blue insight which I had driven before. It was a step up from the basic one and was more money than I wanted to spend. He worked very hard at getting a price within my budget. I feel like I got a more than fair trade in and I was able to purchase the car. The next day when I picked up the car there was a problem with the battery, Instead of just charging the battery, he gave me a brand new battery. Because I had to come back for the inspection sticker, he replaced the gas. It is all these little things that make for a good car buying experience. I was very happy with everything. He took care of the insurance, plates and registration. He spent a lot of time going over all the dials, so I felt very comfortable driving away. I love the car and would definately refer my friends and family to Honda and to ask for Michael O'neil. Both my son and daughter will be looking at cars in the near future and plan on coming to see him. My son has an Insight now and has been very happy when get his car serviced at your dealership. The lease is in her name with me as a co-signer, allowing her the opportunity to earn good credit, over time, by paying off the lease. I had never leased a car before, but Mark helped me see the potential behind that option. My daughter's response to having driven her car three hours back to college? "I am obsessed with this car!".
