Dave w. was fantastic, no complaints. However when I got Dave w. was fantastic, no complaints. However when I got my vehicle home, I had to turn around and bring it into the service dept for a loose seal on Dave w. was fantastic, no complaints. However when I got my vehicle home, I had to turn around and bring it into the service dept for a loose seal on the moon roof. I was annoyed to wait there for 2 hours after just spending so much and being reassured that the vehicle was going to be thoroughly gone through and detailed. As far as the detailing goes, I had some cleaning to do when I got the car home, and my teenage son and brother in law both noticed dirty spots on my new car interior , I was embarrassed and they asked me if anyone had cleaned this car before selling it! Actually just about every time I get in I notice a spot that's dirty, I clean it and go on my way. Believe me, it's not filthy by Any means, but when other people notice it too, that's not cool. That being said, I am not completely confident that my car was gone through for service or detailed thoroughly. I have been a Hyannis Honda customer for many years and I will come back, but I do carry some disappointment. Not with my sales person though, Dave was great. More

I called The sales department to inquire about special offers on the Civic. I got Dave Wardrop and told him that the car was for my daughter who is going through a divorce and we have already looked at a offers on the Civic. I got Dave Wardrop and told him that the car was for my daughter who is going through a divorce and we have already looked at a Nissan Sentra and a Toyota Corolla. I told him we did not want to "play" the annoying car sales games, I said "I just want your BEST PRICE". We were going to be getting something within a week (we hoped). I believe I said something like "The best price wins". Well, that is just what happened. Dave won. No smoking guns, no "Write down the price you want to pay", etc. Very pleasant and accommodating.
