However when I got my vehicle home, I had to turn around and bring it into the service dept for a loose seal on Dave w. was fantastic, no complaints. I was annoyed to wait there for 2 hours after just spending so much and being reassured that the vehicle was going to be thoroughly gone through and detailed. As far as the detailing goes, I had some cleaning to do when I got the car home, and my teenage son and brother in law both noticed dirty spots on my new car interior , I was embarrassed and they asked me if anyone had cleaned this car before selling it! Actually just about every time I get in I notice a spot that's dirty, I clean it and go on my way. Believe me, it's not filthy by Any means, but when other people notice it too, that's not cool. That being said, I am not completely confident that my car was gone through for service or detailed thoroughly. I have been a Hyannis Honda customer for many years and I will come back, but I do carry some disappointment. Not with my sales person though, Dave was great. More
