I will literally talk about this experience for many years to anyone who will listen and use it as the standard for car buying. In and out in an hour and that included chit chat - the car was clean and ready with plates for me to test drive and take home, all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign and the pricing was EXACTLY what we had discussed. I had a negative experience with another dealership - Hendrick, and they basically did a bait and switch (false advertising the "Hendricks price" AND 0% financing for 72 months, but it turned out it was either one or the other. They use archaic sales methods - the stereotypical car sales model. Luck Chevrolet actually had the same make and model and the price was slightly higher, but they CLEARLY stated on their website their deals could not be combined. If you are considering buying a vehicle I would highly recommend buying from Hyman Bros. John was upfront with me from the beginning, giving me the "out the door" price - and that is exactly what I ended up paying to the cent. He made sure everything was taken care of to make it as seamless as possible for me and I know he treats all of his clients with the same high standard of care. As long as we are in the Richmond area, we will only buy our cars from Hyman Bros. Thank you very much, Jessica More

When I received the car there was some hidden damage to an accessory that the previous owner did a very good job of masking. When I reported the problem, my salesperson Joe Taylor was terrific. He went to bat for me with the owner, who was quick to rectify the situation without hesitation. They very quickly shipped me a replacement part and reimbursed me for the installation. Everyone was very friendly, attentive and helpful...from sales to finance to shipping. So buy with confidence and ask for Joe Taylor by name! More

Excellent Service We purchased a 2018 Mercedes Benz from Jarrett. He and GQ bent over backwards to provide excellent customer service. There were was a nick in the windshield, which they offered to repair. We came back to Newport News and found it had already been repaired once so a new windshield was needed. When we called back to the dealership, they offered and paid for a brand new MB factory windshield. I admire them for their follow through! More

Furthermore, when I forgot to pull the NC plate off my trade-in (NC charges fees for lost plates), Joe mailed it to me the next day free of charge. Very satisfied with my purchase. More
Good service helped resolve my problem I bought a car from Hyman brothers barely under a year ago, I had purchased the ECP coating, which has a seven year warranty and there were already is I bought a car from Hyman brothers barely under a year ago, I had purchased the ECP coating, which has a seven year warranty and there were already issues with the paint bubbling. It turns out ECP didn't cover that but covered literally everything else. I was pretty annoyed because I wouldn't have had this problem if I didn't pay extra to get the clear coat. So I called up the dealership and spoke with Roger about the situation. He helped fix my paint problem for me free of charge unlike ECP. Long story short: would recommend Roger and the shop itself for excellent customer service. Wouldn't recommend: Buying the ECP coating for your car. More
