In one word OUTSTANDING I would like to tell my story. Last night I'm driving home in my 2013 dodge that I recently purchased from Hyman Bros. The little red battery light I would like to tell my story. Last night I'm driving home in my 2013 dodge that I recently purchased from Hyman Bros. The little red battery light came on. Little while later my radio went off. Then the engine light came on along with the all idiot lights. Pulled it into the drive and shut it down. Turned right around and tried to start it. DEAD. Nope deader then 13 day old road kill. Me with a very short fuse, have my wife call Hyman Bros. Talked to Rodger in service department. He told us what we need to do, and my wife and I got the truck back to Hyman Bros. Roger was very professional and assured me that he'll take care of my new baby. Roger from the service department at Hyman Bros. deserves a raise/ big bonus. I thank you for taking such good care of my wife and I. Being a disabled veteran, I don't have a lot of patience. But let me tell your readers, everything about Hyman Bros. rocks the house. Highly Recommend if you have any kind of auto business with. But everyone was polite, courteous, and friendly. I wasn't too thrilled to by purchasing another car, due to mine being totaled, but all three of these gentlemen made my time at the dealership pleasant...not to mention, the car I purchased was very clean, inside and out. I noticed a problem with either the brakes or rotors when I test drove it, and they made sure to replace both before I purchased the vehicle. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership. More
