The Best Service Department Anywhere! I bought my Saturn Vue here eight years ago, when it was still Saturn West Broad. I continue to take my Vue to Hyman Bros. for servicing, because the I bought my Saturn Vue here eight years ago, when it was still Saturn West Broad. I continue to take my Vue to Hyman Bros. for servicing, because the prices are competitive, the people are conscientious and friendly, and they retain knowledge about working on Saturns. But during this visit, for a routine oil change and state inspection, the Asst Service Manager, Eric Powell, and the service technician, Todd, went above and beyond to give incredible attention to my vehicle. They surprised me by making certain I left with a sparkling clean car (it was badly in need of a vacuum and wash), and beautifully defogged headlamps (even though the light covers had squeaked through the inspection process), an amazingly thoughtful gift for this always-strapped-for-cash senior citizen. I am so grateful to Eric and Todd for their kindness. And to Hyman Bros. West Broad for their obvious dedication to offering a high quality of customer service. I realize we can't always expect this kind of special attention, but I'll certainly never take my car anywhere else! More
