Went here with my husband to get a car for my son so he can go to school. They sold us a Nissan Rogue, but we had to wait to pick it up because there was an issue getting it started, which they said they w can go to school. They sold us a Nissan Rogue, but we had to wait to pick it up because there was an issue getting it started, which they said they were going to fix and also the radio was not working. We came back and picked the car up and they had changed the battery. Less than 2 weeks later the car started having a starting issues and not recognizing the key. My son drove the car to the lot and cut it off and we have not been able to get it started since. They gave him a loaner and told him they would be fixing the car. After a week went by l, we called and they said they could not fix it and they would be sending the car to Nissan to get it fixed. We called to check after a couple of weeks and said Nissan was looking at it. A week later they contacted my husband to have my son come and bring the loaner car back and switch to another one, because someone wanted to look at it for purchase. When he got there they just took the loaner car and did not give e him another one. Then to make matters worse, he seen that the car we bought was in the exact same spot that he left it in. They had not sent it to Nissan as they stated. They had done nothing! My husband was very upset and was told that we could exchange the car, but we would only get the trade in value! Jose and the dealership knew this car had a problem and they have not offered us any assistance. This is borderline fraud. We have to have it towed to Nissan and pay to have them diagnos the issue and then pay to fix it! They have given us nothing but the run around. I am contacting the states Attorney Generals office to see all possible remedies because what this place has done can not be legal. And now Jose does not work there anymore. I wonder why that is. More

One thing that I will say is that financing needs some pep in their step because Jerry will get you excited and happy for a new car, and then once you get to financing, all the energy is gone. I understand that financing is boring and serious, but that doesn't mean the department needs to be low-energy, you gotta keep that excitement going!! More
