Mario was excellent. Understandably due to the current times the waiting area was outside, hot and noisy but that was the only downside. They do have wifi so that helped. Thought when I bought the car they said service includes cleaning but I only got a spray down on the outside. Nothing in the interior. Just a misunderstanding on my part but now I know what is meant by cleaning and what to expect for my next service. Anyway, overall, happy with the service and dealership. Still love my Ioniq plug-in. Best purchase I've made in a while. More

Can I give zero stars? This was the worst experience of my life. In summary,Juan who is supposed to be a manager bullied me and talked down to me for not wanting to take a loan at 6% when my bank was offer my life. In summary,Juan who is supposed to be a manager bullied me and talked down to me for not wanting to take a loan at 6% when my bank was offering me a loan at 4%. He said that I don’t know what’s good for myself and that he is trying to help me, but I am not helping myself. Saying all this while standing over me and my mother who were sitting and pointing his fingers at my face. I left the car dealer crying because I was so upset and not one person looked to apologize or see if I was okay. I guess they are used to this bullying. It was a horrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Do not go here. More
