We bought our Ioniq 6 over the summer with Jessica. She was very attentive, friendly, and when she didn’t know an answer to our question she researched and asked an co-worker until she found the answer She was very attentive, friendly, and when she didn’t know an answer to our question she researched and asked an co-worker until she found the answer. This past weekend I noticed our USB-C chargers in our car were not working. She met me at the service center with another Ioniq to test out my chargers in the new cars charging ports. We found out the chargers in my car do in fact need to be serviced so she helped me set up a service appointment. She went above and beyond with her customer service and made the scheduling process easier. Would highly recommend her to help with any future car purchase! Thanks, Jessica! More

Disappointed that I have to return again to get the recall done. My appointment was almost a week of when scheduled and yet the part would not be available for a couple days.
