I spoke to him about the problem with my car, he ensured me they would try to replicate the issue, they were unsuccessful in replicating the error but knew what the issue was and went ahead and just replaced the part on my car. I felt that he took good care of me and my car, and addressed my concern and didn't just send me away and shrug it off. I really appreciate that, considering most place will just say there isn't anything wrong and send you on your way. Thanks for caring! More

Took a bit of a hit with turning the car back in early, but in the long-run, it will work to our benefit. Purchased a new 2017 Elantra GX and couldn't be more pleased. A new kind of vehicle This is my first experience with a hybrid and it is a plug-in as well. I really didn't know what to expect other than it would be less expensive then This is my first experience with a hybrid and it is a plug-in as well. I really didn't know what to expect other than it would be less expensive then a straight gas engine vehicle. I plug it in every day and I am experiencing mileage in the 70 MPG range. Of course, I am driving relatively short distances now. The true test will be on a road trip north or to Las Vegas to see what type of mileage will turn out. The vehicle rides great and is very comfortable. My only concern is the right side mirror which does not ALWAYS show vehicles in my blind spot. Also, my previous Sonata has a huge trunk. Not on this car. I also gave up a moon roof as it isn't available on this model. Too bad. I enjoy the open feeling. I look forward to many years of trouble free motoring. More
