This is the 2nd Hyundai I've bought from them and they will be my dealership from here on. Frankly I asked other dealers near my house i30+ miles from HYUNDAI INLAND EMPIRE, they could get the exact color and model I wanted and they went right into making excuses as to why they couldn't and tried to sell me more expensive models with features I had already shared I don't need or want. HYUNDAI INLAND EMPIRE - Jason Pratt promptly let me know that what I wanted was not on their lot but he and his support team would go to work to get it for me. Within hours he called me back to let me know he would have it at their location by the next business day and at a price I would love.... And I did.... and still do.... They are attentive, they listened, they openly share information so I could make informed decisions, they walked me through every feature and function and maintenance of my intended car. they explained line by line the documents I needed to go over to buy my car. They delivered the car in pristine condition and stayed with me until I was ready to drive off the lot to insure every question was answered. They contacted me the next day to see if I had any questions. Over time I have thought up a couple questions I forgot to ask and they got back to me the same day with accuracy. Everyone that compliments my car and I get a lot everyday as I am an Uber - Lyft Rideshare Driver I tell them to contact HYUNDAI INLAND EMPIRE only. Poor Experience I went to purchase a new car. After the sales manager was rude and offered an irresponsible offer for my car that I wanted to trade-in, I realized th I went to purchase a new car. Surprised that they are able to stay open with such poor management and desire to sell a car.
