Surprised that they are able to stay open with such poor management and desire to sell a car. Service appointment for oil change and AC check I brought my 2016 Tucson in for service. A simple oil change and AC check. Note: I provided (online) detailed information about the services I would I brought my 2016 Tucson in for service. A simple oil change and AC check. Note: I provided (online) detailed information about the services I would be needing before arrival. For the last few days, the car has only been producing hot air.. even in AC mode. I checked in upon arrive (Note: I arrived early) and was told that there wasn't sufficient time to check the AC, however they could take care of the oil change. I was given excuses like, there are 10 cars ahead of me, and it may take upwards of 5 hours. They didn't even bother to look at the car, how do you know it's going to take up to 5 hours without even looking. However, they mentioned the oil change area is open and they could take care of that today. They weren't very helpful when I asked about other options, like leaving the car over night. There solution was to reschedule and comeback another day. What a big waste of time, especially since I drove 20 miles one way with my children and no AC. The unwillingness to help and lack of care will keep me from going back there. More
