They let me test drive every vehicle I wanted and took the time to understand my needs and help educate me on how they related to Hyundai's vehicle line up. They searched for almost 4 weeks just to find the EXACT vehicle I wanted - and they found it!! It was such an amazing and informative experience that, instead of buying a top of the line Limited package Tucson, I went for the fully loaded Santa Fe Sport ultimate tech package. AN UP-SELL THAT I INITIATED all due to their sales staffer, Candida. She was - hands down - AMAZING. Her entire approach was based on mutual respect, trust and friendship. She made the process fun, educational and humbling. When it came time for numbers, the finance team printed out the True Car price with ALL of the fine print and showed me the price of the car - item by item. They gave me ALL of the incentives. They were honest and transparent throughout the whole transaction. If they couldn't do something, they stated so - along with WHY.
