Exceptional service I had an exceptional experience at this dealership. Art was incredible, and really wanted to see me get into the vehicle I wanted but was also very m I had an exceptional experience at this dealership. During the time he was in his office running numbers, I had the pleasure of meeting Lawrence. He has such a gentle demeanor, yet was very knowledgable and receptive to all my questions. He took me to the vehicle for a test drive, and showed me how to use everything as well. He was also very cognizant of my concerns and needs. Finally, I met Josh to sign all the paperwork and he made it very easy and quick. My overall experience was EXCELLENT. So great that I referred my mother in law, and she purchased a vehicle just a few days later! I feel the service I received was comparable to that of my previous experiences with BMW and Mercedes Benz...who would have ever expected that. AND, i'm thrilled with the vehicle!!
