13 YEARS AND COUNTING Not all dealers are the same. I enjoy the Hyundai brand but this Inland Empire Hyundai is the only place I would allow to service my vehicle. They are Not all dealers are the same. I enjoy the Hyundai brand but this Inland Empire Hyundai is the only place I would allow to service my vehicle. They are a little out of the way but the service department personnel are professional, knowledgeable, and offer full disclosure. I recently purchased a car from them and although they do not accept defeat of you going anywhere else to purchase your Hyundai they are respectful, professional, knowledgeable and stand by their brand of cars. Why not choose them. I feel I have a friend at Hyundai Inland Empire. Side note: It would be nice to see women as a service tech not just as cashiers. More

Service After I picked up my car from it's 36,000 service, I was driving home and lost all power and the car expelled so much white smoke that I couldn't see After I picked up my car from it's 36,000 service, I was driving home and lost all power and the car expelled so much white smoke that I couldn't see the cars behind me. Brought it back and it turned out that while servicing my fuel injection, the product used was not "blown" all the way out of the car. It ran fine after that. More

I visited several other dealerships and not one of the sales staff members of the other dealerships even came close to how well I was treated by Amanda and Lawrence. They worked in perfectly in tandem (i.e., one of them were ALWAYS available to answer questions) and made this such an enjoyable car buying experience that I seriously doubt I'd go anywhere else to look for a car. In fact, our next car purchase will be another Hyundai from this same dealership and I will deal with no one else but Amanda and Lawrence! The two of them have made my introduction into the Hyundai family truly remarkable! It was such a great experience that Hyundai should have Amanda and Lawrence hold training seminars for other dealership sales staff on how to treat customers! More
