Verbally Quoted $94 for a synthetic oil change, brought in a Toyota with a $25 coupon from Hyundai dealership. Oil change took 1.5 hours and they wanted me to pay $118!! I protested at the cost and the bill was adjusted to the quoted $94 but that means the coupon was worthless. Not a pleasant experience with residual goodwill toward your dealership. ( under the wiresWhile protesting the cost, I saw a $49 coupon for the very oil change I just had under the cables from the computer monitor and said 'How about I use this?' and my advisor let me know that was an expired coupon but my point was that you had offered a $158 service for $49 just a few months before when you'd first opened).
