We were paying cash for this car so we needed a few days to move some money around. We made an appt with Colby to finish paperwork when we had the check ready. Colby was 25 minutes late to this appt, paperw to move some money around. We made an appt with Colby to finish paperwork when we had the check ready. Colby was 25 minutes late to this appt, paperwork wasn't ready, car wasn't ready when we had been told it would be ready and you would attend to the scratch on the door. Now we have to make an appt to fix scratch and waste more time when y'all had the car for five days and told us you would take care of it before we came in to finish paperwork. This is the second car we have purchased from y'all since January and we are very disappointed in the level of service we received. We were informed y'all would only put in a half tank of gas when we purchased because it was a used car. Not a new car. Not to mention the fact that when the drivers seat broke on my Hyundai back in June, I was told y'all couldn't even look at it until the middle of December. More
