I took my 2023 Hyundai Tucson in for its first scheduled maintenance. The wait time was nearly two hours. They do not offer shuttle service. They do not offer loaner vehicles. One week later, there was a drop in temperature and the tire pressure warnings came on. The tire pressure had not been checked/corrected during the maintenance so I had to take additional time and money to have that corrected. More

It always takes at least 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change and rotation ! The waiting room is always over Crowded ! They tell you they will update you and never do ! This has been the worst experience! There was a recall on the anti theft and engine. Very unprofessional and uncaring staff. They had my car June to the October 31st with no solution! I There was a recall on the anti theft and engine. Very unprofessional and uncaring staff. They had my car June to the October 31st with no solution! I continued to demand my car, they stated the mechanic had the keys and he would not answer calls. They loaned me a car for a week then told me to come pick my car up. They also told me they would replace the engine for 8k and I had to okay 1/2. My battery dies during this time and they did nothing! My car won’t crank and it was driving fine before sitting in Hyundai’s possession. Poor at communicating and updating the customers. Everyone working there about management and being short staffed. They complained about new ownership! Just awful and disgraceful the way we were treated dealing with this service department. I will be seeking legal assistance. More

I have only dealt with the service department. Very professional and friendly. The time for oil changes has always been about two hours until this time. Just shy of a hour!
