Dealership probably is good but the few that work for the dealership make it bad. No one listened to my issue and forced me to pay for services that I did not want. They do not return phone calls within the agreed upon time. They leave you on hold for extended times- well over 30 mins to one hour. They promise responses by dates and do not respond.
