I went there to have an estimate for squeaky brakes and a oil change. I asked them if they could reattach the part that was hanging from the bottom of my car. I mentioned the time before when I was there for oil change. I asked them if they could reattach the part that was hanging from the bottom of my car. When I brought the car to them it that part was attached after they changed the oil they never attached it back. I also have missing tire lugs covers from my tires that was never put back. More

Simple oil change tire rotation with a scheduled appointment took 3 hours 40 minutes. They didn't even look at it, had my vehicle almost a week and no one looked at the problem. I came and picked it back up cause I needed it.
