Poor communication and failure to follow through. A part was to be ordered for my car. I received a call the part was in and I brought the car in to the part installed. Dealership probably is good but the few that work for the dealership make it bad. No one listened to my issue and forced me to pay for services that I did not want. They do not return phone calls within the agreed upon time. They leave you on hold for extended times- well over 30 mins to one hour. They promise responses by dates and do not respond.
